a proposal

c and i have performed twice in cork, and have another three performances left to go. we are already getting to know our audiences fairly well. the experiences have been really great.

two thing we are doing differently in the show from previous incarnations involves finding an opportunity for spectators to speak, and inviting a moment for them to complete an image. we approach these new bits in the form of proposals.

the moments we create are analogous to taking a leap into the unknown.

we trust the participation, engagement, caring are all components that exist in the room. that our audience are all the right people to play along.

it reminds me that the most compelling proposal we can make with the audience is to be prepared to be surprised.
